Abstract

The world once again has been alarmed of the advent of pandemics, its permeability and inevitability with the outbreak of Covid 19 and its consequential variants. This has caused global issues of multidimensional nature. In response for these concerns, the whole world along with the UN and World Health Organization are confronting this (entrusted with legislative and executive powers) hereby with a principal command in matters of global health. With the execution of these health rules that are as response in saving human lives, sometimes take the nature of curtailment human freedom that the compliance to these rules and regulations expect people to sacrifice the freedom they have been enjoying, for the long term prospective health benefits of themselves. At this point the whole globe face the issue of the clash between preserving Human Rights and compliances to health rules both in international and national level.
